Special Needs or Offsite option: In the past, we have accommodated those with nursing babies or other special needs to have a private room. At this location, we have limited availability to accommodate singles on site for those with a special need. Please continue to fill out the form and we will arrange payment for lodging later. In addition to the on-site options for those with special needs, it is possible we could subsidize some of the costs associated with our offsite option for someone with a special need. Heather S. Cannon Scholarship Fund - We hope that no one forgoes attending the retreat for financial reasons. As you invite friends to attend, please remember that we have scholarship funds available for those who need them. This year, to further remove barriers, we are incorporating an automatic scholarship price ($80) for the bunks in cottages that can be selected without further action needed.
