The single rooms in the Scott Lodge are hotel-style rooms with a full bed and attached private bathrooms. There are only 5 spots available.
The double rooms in the Scott Lodge are hotel-style rooms with two twin beds and attached private bathrooms. There are 18 spots available.
The triple rooms in the Scott Lodge are hotel-style rooms with three twin beds and attached private bathrooms. There are 15 spots available.
The bunk cabin has bunk beds and its own shared bathroom/shower attached. The cabin is separate from the Scott Lodge. There are 10 spots available.
Special Needs or Offsite Option: In the past, we have accommodated those with nursing babies or other special needs with a private room. At this location, we have limited availability for on-site singles. Please email Hannah Graves at hannah.graves@gmail.com as soon as possible if you require a special needs single, as these are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please continue to fill out the form and we will arrange payment for lodging later. We will work with your situation as best we can.
Please note that space is limited and fills fast. Please email Hannah Graves at hannah.graves@gmail.com if you would like to come but the retreat is full and/or registration is closed, or if you registered and find that you cannot attend. Prior to the registration deadline, we will refund you as soon as possible. After the deadline, we will do our best to refund you but we cannot make any guarantees.
Heather S. Cannon Scholarship Fund — We hope that no one forgoes attending the retreat for financial reasons. As you invite friends to attend, please remember that we have scholarship funds available for those who need them. This year, to further remove barriers, we are incorporating an automatic scholarship price for the bunks in cottages that can be selected without further action needed. However, if you need financial assistance and/or the cottages do not work for your situation, please select your desired room and then email Tania Lyon trlyon@gmail.com to request a scholarship.
